We created a proprietary platform which provides an easy solution for business owners and advisors to set up and manage 401(k) plans. And now, nearly 3,000 plans rely on our digital TPA platform as well as our comprehensive administrative services.

Founded in technology, fueled by collaboration

401KInABox is an independent third-party administrator dedicated to helping businesses offer their employees premier retirement benefits in compliance with IRS regulations. We created this new fin-tech solution in order to pass on a more efficient software paired with retirement industry expertise. Rather than leasing a software like many TPAs do, we are able to pass on cost-savings to our clients. The result is an easy set up and straightforward pricing thousands of plan providers enjoy.
